Rush Shipment: Because of the high and fluctuating charges from UPS and FedEx for expedited shipment, we no longer offer 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping.
Non-custom items are shipped promptly; allow extra time when ordering Cathedral Size Icons, Banners, icons or prints in the CP or CH sizes and special large quantities of any item.
We do not offer shipping to international locations.
Shipping for Cathedral Size Icons
Cathedral-Size Icons are produced when ordered. Please plan ahead and allow 5 to 7 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling for 19" and 24" icons are fixed charges -- $35.00 each and $45.00 each, respectively. Shipping charges for 36" tall icons and larger are per actual cost. After you place your online order for icons of these sizes, we will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval. Because all sizes of Cathedral Size icons are one-of-a-kind and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item was damaged in transit. Order cancellations later than 5 days after the order date are subject to a 40% cancellation charge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email customerservice@monasteryicons.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
If the item is returned in sellable condition within 30 days of your receipt of the item, you will be refunded the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Please keep a record of your return, as you are responsible for the safe delivery of the item.
Include the packing list from your original shipment in the return box, along with a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for made-on-demand icon plaques or prints 19" and larger, or large or custom-quantity orders, unless the item was damaged in transit. These items are one-of-a-kind and made to order.
Order cancellations made more than five (5) days after the order date are subject to a 40% cancellation charge.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
Price Changes and Catalog Errors
Our catalogs are printed months in advance. Since our providers sometimes change their prices, especially in these times of fluctuating tariffs, we reserve the right to increase our pricing accordingly without notice. Our web prices are the final reference for current retail pricing.
