When can I expect my order?

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of our receipt of them and TAKE 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE, depending on your distance from our Ohio fulfillment center. This time can be longer in the holiday season, due to USPS and UPS delays.

Orders for certain categories of products can take longer, as is noted on the product pages for these items and in your shopping cart when you order them:

ALLOW 7-14 WORKING DAYS for the arrival of orders for:
